Etha Smit Attorneys opened its doors on 1 February 2006, after taking over all the collection matters and correspondent litigation work of Botha Massyn and Thobejane. Before that, Etha Smit worked at Botha Massyn & Thobejane and gained experience over a period of more than 20 years.
