Apart from all types of Litigation she has been Opposing Admin Orders for the past 10 years for African Bank as she was the Head of Department at a Firm that had a blanket mandate for the entire of KwaZulu-Natal. Subsequently she has been instructed to Oppose for a firm of Attorneys on matters i.e. Section 86 and Admin Orders as well as Section 74Q Applications. Sue was given the opportunity to represent Nedbank, African Bank and Bayport Financial Services. Sue currently service Durban Magistrate’s Court, Verulam Magistrate’s Court, Chatsworth Magistrate’s Court and Pinetown Magistrate’s Court, Umlazi Magistrate’s Court, Wentworth Magistrate’s Court, Newlands Magistrate’s Court, Phoenix Magistrate’s Court, Ntuzuma Magistrate’s Court and the surrounding areas as well as courts away from Durban. However, should the need arises Sue will be in the position to attend other Magisterial Districts as she have done so in the past.
