Claire Gaul is a specialist in employment law and was ranked in Chambers Global Guide in 2014 and 2015. Matthew van der Want is a specialist in South African mining law and the Mineral and Petroleum resources Development Act, 2002 and was also ranked in Chambers in 2014 and 2015. In addition to general commercial law, Matthew also has experience in securities law as well as in divorce and family law (divorce, contact, parenting plans, applicaitons for the acquisition of parental responsibilities and rights and relocation applications).
